SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer international shipping to any destination worldwide and are standing by to assist you with bringing your order home or delivering it to loved ones anywhere around the globe. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your order number(s).
Zainab Al-Sabba packages are shipped via DHL’s international shipping service or through another shipping company if required. Delivery time can vary depending on the item. In-stock items are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Items that are on order can take 14-28 business days for delivery. A business day is considered to be Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
In-stock items normally ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible. Artworks, custom, and special-order items cannot be cancelled. Please expect that some artworks may differ slightly from the original because they’re handmade and cannot be a complete duplicate of the picture.
Shipping charges are free for eligible items. For other items ,the shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed here. The utmost care and attention are given to your order to ensure a perfect delivery. In dealing with highly perishable products, if anything goes wrong and you bring up a concern or complaint, we will always listen and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us at 973-3317-2719 within three (3) days of receipt. You may also email us at contact@zainabalsabba.com. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right. You must include your order number and insure each package.
You will be responsible for outbound and return shipping and delivery charges. A traceable return shipping method is required (DHL, Aramex, etc.). Returns must be received in their original condition and in their original packaging within 30 days. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original account. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
